We are looking for a rider to support our team. The main focus of the role is on training our young horses and competition horses of all ages and performance levels. This involves competing in all disciplines, so you should already have some experience in eventing and be successfully competing at least at CCI1* level.

Elmar Lesch’s training and competition yard in Bavendorf/Germany is an address well known worldwide when it comes to the training of both horse and rider for top level sport.
